Albert Scharning White Bouquet Cluster Brooch

Here we have a delightful silver and white guilloche multi bloom enamel brooch from the highly respected Norwegian, Albert Scharning. Born in Oslo, Albert Scharning was a brilliant Scandinavian silversmith whose fine jewellery is now highly collectible. His handcrafted silver and guilloche enamel pieces are reminiscent of the work of another famous Norwegian silversmith, David Andersen. It would be difficult to distinguish the products of these two jewellers, if not for the markings on the reverse. 25-year-old Albert opened his own jewellery store in Molde, where he sold, designed and commissioned traditional Norwegian work, known as Bunad.
