Item Details
A late Victorian glass Quaich from the indomitable William Comyns, produced in the late 1890's.
This Quaich comprises the simple silver rim frame, which in turn hosts; the hallmarks and the elegantly cast silver handles, opposite each other on the opposing sides of the glass bowl.
Please note this 8cm diameter example is complete with a simple plain glass bowl, not a 'swirl glass' example. It does however have the starcut 5mm glass pedestal to the base.
