A lovely hallmarked silver needle case, dating from just before the outbreak of war in 1913, a true little Edwardian gem from Joseph Gloster.
Although well loved, the hallmarks are clearly readable.
The pull off lid is a tight fit ensuring the lid cannot be lost. This is a quality silver item and whilst there is a small dent or two it is a lovely piece of history which could again become a cherished gift to neeedlework collectors.
