Item Details
This elegant photograph frame is made by William Comyns and is simple in design and exquisite in its execution. Unusually it eschews any complexity or decorative work for which Comyn's work is reknowned.
That said, the starkness of this design brings a whole new range of aesthetic and precision challenges, which Comyn's has worked hard to mitigate. All that said, getting pictures into the frame is is left to us poor mortals. It is a bit tricky and requires a degree of both patience and dexterity...but well worth it.
When we first acquired this frame, it was in urgent need of it's fabric being being replaced, which we were able to do, using a wonderful Liberty print.
