A late Victorian glass Quaich from the indomitable William Comyns, produced in the late 1890's.
This Quaich comprises the simple silver rim frame, which in turn hosts: the hallmarks and the elegantly cast silver handles , opposite each other on the opposing sides of the glass bowl.
Please note this 8cm diameter example is complete with a plain glass bowl and a 5mm starcut pedestal to the base.
