Scandinavian Enamel Silver Feather Brooch

Here we have a delightful Scandinavian enamel and silver brooch of leaf form and finished in a fantastic autumnal brown. It is unmarked, apart from the Sterling Silver stamp, however it has clearly made by a skilled artisan that has spent a considerable amount of time observing; colour, shape and profile prior to committing it to silver. Because of the limited clues the piece offers, there is very little to enable us to accurately attribute it to a specific maker or indeed a workshop. That said, the quality is outstanding and will be very attractive to many of our enamel collectors or autumn and winter wearers.
