This hallmarked silver brooch from the highly respected, but sadly short lived silversmiths at Carrick Jewellery Glasgow is a design after Charles Rennie Mackintosh and reflects some of the influences he drew upon. Celtic artists from Scotland left a legacy which has endured for thousands of years. They were a highly developed culture with strong roots and developed artistic styles, which endure to this day.
